Life isn't hard - just your RESISTANCE to it

It is my resistance to things I don't want to do or don't like that causes unnecessary stress in my life. I am developing the habit of non-resistance; not allowing my emotions to be charged at the thought of something I don't like. It's a habit. It takes practice. But it is extremely potent.
